Looking for a quick get-away? This wonderful, gated condo is located on the Amite River Diversion Canal with a boat slip so bring your boat with you!

This upscale condo is on the second floor which affords fabulous views of the water. The unit has wood floors in the living room, dining area and kitchen, vaulted ceiling, ceramic tile floor in laundry and baths, granite tile and ceramic tile kitchen counters.

The living room has three sets of french doors leading to the large balcony. The sofa and love seat are incredibly comfortable and would be suitable for sleeping. The focal point of the room is the entertainment system with large TV, DVD, VHS, and stereo system. Plenty of DVDs and CDs are provided, as well as books and games for everyone to enjoy. High speed internet access is also provided.

The master bedroom has luxurious king size bedding including 600 thread count sheets. A TV with DVD/VHS complete the room. The master bath has his and her vanities, large walk-in closet, separate shower and large, garden tub with bubble bath provided!!

One guest bedroom has twin beds and a TV with DVD/VHS player (not connected to Cable TV) and the other guest bedroom has a queen bed with luxurious bedding also and a flat screen TV. The guest bath is very spacious and comes with plush towels and bubble bath too! You'll also enjoy the spacious laundry room with washer, dryer, iron, etc.

Since you want to spend most of your time outdoors, the balcony has a dining set with high bar chairs to fully enjoy the view, and four plush chairs, perfect for enjoying an afternoon reading a book and just relaxing! A large, electric George Foreman grill completes the picture!

You can walk over to Thunder Bayou Store to stock up all the items you need to cook. The store also has pizza and sandwiches made on site. Kevin's, Swamp Pops, and Dutch's and several other fine restaurants are all within easy driving distance. And launching your boat is easy at Canal Bank Club which is located just up the canal from the condo.

Everything is provided to pamper you. This unit, 4B, is a great place for you to get away with your friends or family, or is a great place for the ladies to enjoy a weekend together with shopping at Tanger Outlet Mall only 15 minutes away! Blue Bayou Water Park for the kids is a mere 20 minutes away. If antiquing is more your style, or visiting Plantation homes, both are near by!
